Intro to Improvisation on the Blues : Intermediate

Learn basic techniques and approach to improvisation. We will use the 12 bar blues as a basic form to practice soloing on. You can use these techniques and transfer them to your own songs and even add a solo to your next jam session! Basic chords and picking technique required to get the most out of this class. Class will be 1 hour 15 minutes, a short break, then a 30 minute demonstration following. Don't miss it!!! 

Neal Chin has been an 'ukulele teacher and performer for the past 15 years with his roots from Maui, Hawai'i. Since then he has taught hundreds of classes and workshops and received his first Nā Hōkū Hanohano Award in 2013 for his contributions to the Akira Project. Neal is noted in his approach to jazz, blues, and improvisation on the 'ukulele.
